AP Demolition were engaged in 2015 to demolish the "Central Core" of Whakatane Hospital. This involved the building being demolised from a five level structure down to 2 levels plus a basement and make good of exterior facades and refurbishement of apporx 130m2 part adjoining Dawson Building.
